When you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) through our contact form, we collect the following information: company name, contact person name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product required, quantity, packaging preference, destination port, required specifications, and any additional notes you provide.

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry and provide quotations, to communicate with you about products and orders, and to improve our website and services.
